Why this knife?

The blades of [RE]Member knives are made in Thiers, capital of French cutlery. They are then transported to La Rochelle where they are assembled with the handle manufactured upstream on site.

The materials

Each blade is made of stainless steel allowing robustness as well as significant precision when opening the oyster.

The handle is mainly composed of crushed shells assembled to form an ergonomic handle with a good grip for both left-handed and right-handed people.
